Since gasoline used to be the (waste) by-product of kerosene, maybe 'we' can utilize each barrel of crude more efficiently with more development...
I have the E85 5.3 in my GMC, just need to find a station that sells E85 within 1,000 miles. It did get worse mileage when I used it, but it was nice to think the $$$ were not going to OPEC.

No I mean Gas lol My Avalanche burns E85 which I can buy for somewhere between 2.59 and 2.79 a gallon. I do save about 10 bucks for every 300 miles which is not much but it is nice to fill up a thirty gallon tank and pay only $77.00. At least it feals better at the time, otherwise it is well over 100 bucks
