This doesn't pass the 'smell' test to me. This guy worked there for four yrs and knew about the withholding of evidence the whole time? Maybe he should be disbarred?
Just seems like it's not very big news because is has no real merrit. Just because it is in the courts, doesn't mean it is true.
There are cases in the courts where people sued 'Froot Loops' because it didn't really have fruit in it.
And just recently, a California judge ruled against a lady who tried to sue because the 'Crunch Berrys' in Cruch Berrys weren't real berries.
I'd wait to see if this story really has any truth.
