What I don't understand about all of this is, if you have a spectator fatality at a race track, shouldn't your solution be to prohibit spectators from the area where the spectator was struck (and all similar locations) instead of banning cars from going fast on a track that's designed for cars to...you know...go fast?

Why do people use commas to represent decimal locations? To me, that reads three thousand, four hundred and eighteen miles...that's greater than the distance from Miami, FL to Seattle, WA...or from Bangor, ME to San Diego, CA.
