Yes, would almost definitely be hauled off to jail and then released on a bond until the court date. Charges might include the discharge of the firearm, if there are laws against that in the city, as well as destruction of property. The very least he would get is time served, a fine, cost of replacing the destroyed flying craft, and possibly some community service (this, if the offender's record is clean to begin with). Oh, and don't forget the cost of the lawyer, LOL.
