Well, not entirely true. The space above above your property used to be considered yours in the US up to about 500Feet. It isn't an exact law that is written ,but people have sued and won over it. A chicken farmer even won a case against the government for flying 83 feet over his farm which caused his chickens to get spooked and die. It's a very gray area. I have read that the government wants to make a defined law now and lower what is actually yours. Just another one of our rights that will be disappearing in the name of progress I call it. Pretty soon, we'll have to have cameras inside of our homes for big brother to spy on us. I forgot, they can already do this with OnStar, tablets, and smartphones.
Face it, we are screwed.
