Again- I don't care what any "law" says. Now, you would have to prove it was me that shot it down anyway. How are you going to do that if you're not coming on my property to retrieve it (without trespassing, of course)?

Some of them send the video real time to a computer, tablet or smartphone. So, they wouldn't need to come on you're property to prove it conceivably.
I here what you're say though, I would probably shoot one down if it spent any length of time hovering over my house.
