legally it's not a Saleen.
Technically...well....technically, it's all Saleen except the name.
And, as far as fastest one yet....ummmm...yeah? So. How would anyone know that just looking at it? How would the average consumer differentiate it from the other hundreds of variations/editions on the road? They can't. This, while it may look nice and perform well, is just another Mustang to the vast majority of the people out there. Just tack it's name onto the (current) end of the never-ending list of "Mustang Editions".
