I was so lucky that I got an assigned spot at work, it is between 2 massive I-Beams that run floor to ceiling, there are actually 4 of them, 2 front, 2 back, it is under one of 8 huge motor generators on the floor above, so there are 8 parking spots on the floor below that have that, no matter how close someone adjacent parks to the beams, there is no way their car door can make it to the car next to them. Each beam is potted in a 3' high concrete casing on the floor. So unless one of the generators falls through the floor I am in good shape.
