unfortunately theres a bit of a good ol' boy's system where Im at. As you can tell I dont quite fit in with that group. I had a job lined up that was civil service, It was exactly what Im doing now plus 1 extra thing. I was offered the job and the whole 9. The all of a sudden HR comes back saying that Im not qualified for the job, and someone is starting tomarrow. And guess what they want me to train the person who took my job, how to do the job. Its not gonna happen!
