The new GI Bill, just passed: increases monthly $$$, about $1,000 per year for books etc... and allows a BAH type payment for housing during school. Up to $1,000 per month for rent etc...
or you can pass it on to dependants. Good improvements.

Does the Washington GIB. require all other GI Bill $$$ to be used prior?

Texas has the Hazelwood Act which waives ( for Texas vets ) tuition at State colleges/Universities, but the GI Bill has to have been used or unavailable...
