Not really mock chases, but every year there is pit maneuver training. That's a big favorite, lol. There's classes that you can go to on pursuits though. A couple guys at my dept have gone to a class on it put on by feds and said it was one of their favorite classes they've gone to during their entire career lol

Straight up. The one we had friday, we pitted the guy off the interstate into the ditch and he took off on foot from there lol. And got tackled. lol.
