Well if you consider that the SS here gets solid kudos over the Fiat entries and the LSA powered version was picked over the M5 in a Euro test, then yes, adding a 70 more HP may just do the trick.
I agree the term "killer" requires a level of "destruction without prejudice" that an LS9 powered Zeta II sedan may not offer compared the Hellcat. But you have to admit, it would be a fine comparison test.
Lets just say "viable competitor" and leave it at that.
Oh, and I'm just surprised there are any LS9's laying around waiting to find an engine bay.
