In some ways it is true. Back in the day, people used to cruise the boulevard. I remember doing that myself. These days, not only is there never any time (self employed), but gasoline just costs too much to burn for no reason.
The thing is, based on the number of cars covered on their policy (and they don't even know about the other ones), you would think they could figure that out on their own. Heck, one of the cars that I have left on their policy, it's had it's motor out for the past several months. Not easy to drive a car when the engine's on a stand.
