Indeed there are people in the world like that. I actually have a neighbor who drinks a bit too much sometimes and then he wanders around, sometimes coming over to tell me how great my cars are or stuff like, "I love your roof, man... I love your grass and cars, man..." "I love ya man, gimme a big hug man, neighbor..."
