I don't ever recall seeing anyone claim that some random driver could achieve those times. Likewise, I never see anyone claim that some random guy can lay down a specific 1/4 mile time or hit 60 miles per hour in whatever.something seconds. To the average driver, all those things are equally impossible to reach. That doesn't stop anyone from saying that the CAR is capable of this or that though, because the CAR
is capable of those things -even if a specific driver isn't.
