If you hurt your back on a Nordictrak the last thing you need to do is sit. Your skeletal and muscular system is weak which is how your back got injured.
So you think "being skinny" is healthy and a better way to go through life?
Compare a marathon runner vs a sprinter. Which do you think is "in better shape" for going through life?
