Thanks a ton for your input everybody!
For those of you who wish you've done it earlier, it's never too late to start now. It's as easy as skipping canned soup at the grocery store for organic veggies and dishing out a little extra money to buy quality meats, then make yourself some lunch and pack for work or whatever. Just DON'T EAT OUT. I don't see anything wrong with the occasional beer and cigar, but that you must moderate.
I saw the documentaries "fat, sick and almost dead" and "health, inc." and both of those docs are what got me into trying this out. Since i've started my diet I've actually felt a little more tired and hungrier then usual, but I think that's just because I've never done this before.
