Definitely start now. Definitely drink lots of water. And, what helped me: I challenged myself to going to the gym every day for 30 days. Posted on Facebook for public accountability. Updated daily. Even if I just did treadmill or elliptical, it really got me started. Oh, and there's a 30-day plank challenge, too. Minimal time investment. Try it out. GOOD luck! You're on the right path.
