Ok, so all in all I actually like this Mazda commercial for the MX-5 thing they have. Here is the commercial, wait for near the end:
Voice-over: "
Something in the garage, something new. Something that reminds you, of when you were YOU."
Look I don't fit the cliche' life and sort have always done my own thing. I have no issue with the wife, kids, etc "settling down" but this quip in the ad implies this guy was not himself for the intervening years and it struck me as strange and funny. Anyone else think that's a weird line?
