This "Stop/Start" Technology, Can it be programmed out? I for one, hated this in a Malibu I rented earlier this year. It bugged the crap out of me. I've had several company loaner cars in Germany with stop/start and it could be turned off. I also noticed that if you back off the brake momentarily as it comes to a stop the engine will keep running.
