It's just easier to focus on the few similarities than list all the differences. Here's a short list from just a quick glance at those two pictures:
Front Facia
Front Grills
Slope of windshield
Headlights
Fog/DRL lights
Door crease
Wheels
Slope of roof
Porthole window
Slope of rear window/trunk
I could go on, but you get the point.
