I don't. But in general, I have a fairly high standard when it comes to saying one thing looks like another. If I can quickly point out a number of differences they don't look the same to me. For others, if there is a vague similarity they may as well be twins.
At any rate, any similarity between them isn't so much about making one look like the other, but rather making Chevy's look like Chevy's. If everything in the lineup used drastically different styling cues there would never be any brand recognition.
Besides if anyone seriously thinks that a Cruze that they see is a Camaro or vice versa (and isn't simply confusing the names of two Chevy C-something cars), I would know pretty quickly that they know next to nothing about Chevy's and would treat their opinion accordingly.
