Yes, I got mine at pep boys. They recommend using a vacuum line to suck the seafoam into the intake. Or using their Deep Creep product that you spray right into the throttle body. I have no idea how your Camry is set up. But My guess is you will have to remove the air duct between the air filter and the throttle body. Then just manually open the valve and squirt away, apply the whole can to the entire valve mechanism (inside not outside the throttle body). It's really pretty easy.
