If any team wants to be Champions, they need to be able to face anybody and win. IMO, I think Price gets overplayed. As good as he is, he probably would be more crisp if they cut back on his appearances by about 10 games.

Well being that they didn't make it past Tampa you could say the top tier teams were too much. I'm not so sure it could be blamed on conditioning. They seemed to keep up with Tampa but their lack of scoring hurt them. If you look at scoring chances (and also count goal posts because I don't think they even count as a shot) they had plenty. So the inability to finish is a factor. I was thinking Lars Eller needed to step up offensively or he'd get traded and I'm really leaning that way now. His classless move to put the puck in the net after the whistle, game 3 I believe, really put him in the dog house for me.
If you could show me the bad goals Price was letting in then I'd agree with you on him being overplayed. The Habs need to score more often but even then Price would carry the load in net. Historically Montreal has had or relied on great goaltending.
On another note this weekends schedule is BS. 1pm ET on Saturday for the East and 3pm ET on Sunday for the West. Not sure who this caters to but it makes no sense to me.
I'd like to see an original 6 final.
