I'm no expert but I too think it sounds like a fuel supply problem. Dirty/clogged injectors, clogged filter, or failing fuel pump.

Does it improve the symptom you get when you're stopped if you try to rev it up a little bit (left foot on brake, right foot giving it just a little bit of gas)?
