I'm trying to create a new thread in the Regional Classifieds (Southeast) but when I click new thread I get the following message:

"You have reached your post limit(0). Please delete/close some older threads (or activate your account) to make a new thread."

It seems like I can post anywhere else on the forum, except the regional classifieds.
