I'm having the same problem with my 95 Chevy Cavalier. Can't even say under what circumstances (hill, a/c etc), it just happens in random occasions usually right after i turn on the engine. I also have some kind of lag afterwards, if I hit the gas nothing really happens until two or three seconds later. really annoying if you wanna get out of the driveway onto a busy street...
