I deal with SCAQMD all the time. Its no joke out there in California when it comes to air quality. I just spent a week in Beijing. Trust me, our standards in the U.S., and the even tighter air quality standards in Cali, are a good thing. Air pollution in Beijing is unbelievably bad.
