OK Becky, here I go again and hopefully for the last time. I fully realize that I should have had the OnStar activated after the VIN was created. For the short ride, I didn't think it would be necessary! SGMGR7 Ohio. I'm not sure when Workbench updates 4B00 to 4200, but hopefully this late in the afternoon they would have caught it if the transporter left BG this AM. Once again, thanks for everything.
