In my business, it is important that I do not miss calls... but I have a hands-free device in my hear that operates on voice commands. I can just say, "Answer call," and it does and I don't have to use my hands at all, or look away from the road.

You are in Cedar Park, which is Williamson County where there is no cell phone law yet. The law is in Austin (Travis County), at least at the moment. I will say that the last time I flew to San Diego, I was amazed that nobody on the road was using their phone. It must be working in California (?).
