Me coming home drunk at 3 am at 17???? My ass would still be in a sling. I am not saying youdrop the hammer on her but its time she gets taught responsibility for her actions, She needs to be grounded for smoking and drinking. And I also say she looses privelages to the car since she broke it. She gets it back when the repairs are paid for by her. If nothing works. ........ as much as I dont like them, I do understand those scared straight programs do work. Ive seen to many peopel die of cancer to smoke. Worked for me.
