My kids are only 7 10 and 12. There is a massive difference between our kids and most of the kids they hang out with. The difference being that when we discipline we actually stick to it so we rarely have to. If you say grounded for a week or a month then stick too it. Most parents I see scream a week and 1/2 hour later they feel guilty and let the kid out. We don't give early parole. Those parents bitch about their kids being uncontrolabe all the time. Amazingly I've only ever had one neighbor kid give me a smart mouth and after 3 warnings is no longer allowed in my yard period. He found out I'm not his bluffing mommy or daddy. Check into that cell phone tracking and if she doesn't like it then she doesn't need a cell phone. Also when you ask where she is tell her to send you a pic of the place with her watch in the pic. Aren't camera phones great!
