With that kind of power comes knowing and respecting it's limitations. In the end, it's a 700 horsepower car, rear wheel drive, skinny tires and 4600 pounds. If you don't understand how all that translates to driving in the real world, this will happen.
Most cars with this much power have more traction however, either being equipped with all wheel drive, wider tires and less weight, making it easier to manage. My first concern when Dodge came out with this was peole just getting into them and hitting the throttle and ending up in a tree. Hopefully whoever was involved in the accident is okay and learned their lesson.
