I gave up on getting the girl I like to like me back about 7 years ago. Since then I've dated two girls for almost three years each, and each I thought would be the one only to have it end miserably. Now I can't help but wondering if I've lost my chance with the one I never should have given up on. I mean, she's 700 miles away for college and I don't even know if she's planning on coming back here after she graduates. She may just stay in Nashville.
