And after reading multiple corvette forums, that I am on, with real members driving in the real world, they have encountered no issues, and lapped 90% of the track. Sure sounds like a piece of shit. You are right. I retract all my previous statements and bow to your infinite wisdom.
It was in the same article.

"That said, Corvette chief engineer Tadge Juechter recently told Corvette fans the automatic transmission runs hotter and will go into a preservation mode sooner, so he recommends the manual for serious track duty or when the ambient temperature at the track is above 86 degrees. The high ambient temperature on our test day was 70 degrees."


It's just my opinion. You can always ignore me if you don't like it.
