Yes, and the next paragraph of that article states that most track day drivers will not be able to push the car to those limits.
And after reading multiple corvette forums, that I am on, with real members driving in the real world, they have encountered no issues, and lapped 90% of the track. Sure sounds like a piece of shit. You are right. I retract all my previous statements and bow to your infinite wisdom.
