Dodge allows you to purchase a lifetime warranty on the whole car if you want, and still offers the 5/100k.
So here come GM on the heal of the recalls, bailouts, etc...and reduce the warranty???

This! Plus cars are getting harder and harder to work so the 100k mile warranty makes a difference because we'll be taking in our cars and getting charge a ridiculous amount just for the smallest fix. So most of us count on the dealer to fix stuff because they make cars so complicated now!
