Thanks crew for the input. I feel some better today. Still sore but not as bad. I think it will help when I shift gears to the YMCA. I will have more choices of classes, hopefully better instructors who are better at motivating & helping you pace yourself or giving guidance, more other options (pool, track, weights, etc) and also hopefully classes that are also fun. I need some of my fitness time to be fun. That joy takes the edge off the stressing of your muscles, lungs & endurance. I then don't mind as much the parts of the fitness routine that ware not so fun.
It was a very busy day at work so I have a lot of work to do. Have a good evening crew.
