How long have you been back to your classes Jan, a week? Don't push too hard, but you have to keep at it. Don't throw in the towel either. This is where a professional may be able to offer up some advise. The trembling may be dietary. Do you eat before class?
If you keep it up, but lessen the intensity, you'll build up enough strength to reach that intensity again. We cannot exercise like 20 and 30 year olds.
