Mmm... not sure that's an accurate analogy... trucks and cars, and how they're used are very different. Different target demographics, different specifications/needs. A large car like the Maxima or Impala are rarely 'needed', they're a preference. Technically all of us could get from A-->B in a Sonic. You can't haul thousands of pounds in a small 4 cylinder truck.
