Even a 1.5m Bugatti Veyron barely crests the 10 second zone and it has 16 cylinders 1000 hp. It will be very hard and expensive to get a non drag racing specific car that weighs as much as todays cars into the 10 second zone and still be streetable or even fun to drive.
