Got home from work yesterday and hubby had made my favorite appetizer.
Thick slice of vine ripened tomato, with an equally thick slice of fresh mozzarella cheese, drizzled with extra olive oil, a touch of fresh cracked black pepper, a splash of red wine vinegar, and then topped with a dap of freshly made pesto!
Yum yum yummy!
