Let me put it like this:
Do you own a Smart phone or computer? Ever notice how occasionally it will start acting al weird? So then you have to turn it of and then turn it back on?
Ayahuasca basically does the same thing. It resets your whole consciousness.
You remember every horrible thing you have ever done, and why you did it, then you are able to let it go, Also, you remember all the odd things that made you who you are, and then you realize that you can let it all go.
To quote the great and powerful Joe Rogan; "After a major psychedelic trip, it is like your whole brain is the windows desktop, and after the trip there is only one file left titled 'My Old Bull$h!t' and you can choose to delete that file and start fresh, or open it up again and get back into old patterns of behavior."
