I have a feeling every manufacturer that produces a V8 is going to do this, especially with CAFE standards. (going smaller motor)
I was at Laguna Seca on saturday helping my bro race his shifter kart and there was a 10 min session with electric karts. If you're a die hard nascar guy, imagine before the race they ran electric nascars. Sadly this might be the future. Maybe not for nascar but for other automotive sports.
