Seriously though if the GT350R ran like a 7:40 to 7:45, they'd be all over it.

They use the ring for development, not advertising.
I don't think I've ever seen Ford release a 1/4 time, the rags to that.
TeamRS did the Focus time. TeamRS is a subsidiary of the Ford Racing division. Not exactly a home office kind of deal.
Even if the R hit 7:40 I don't think they would sing it from the hilltops. Its just not something they do.
