In all seriousness, I went from a Palm Treo to the Pre and find the pre to be VERY easy to use and super nice. Love how slick the aps are, and the instant e-mail is sweet. Now to get it to sync to everything properly (has not downloaded the pictures of my contacts from facebook yet)...
