As of right now MagneRide™ is a product of Delphi under BWI industries. Any company that uses MagneRide pays royalties to BWI, GM, Ferrari, Ford, BMW, anyone.

They use to be Part of GM's Global brake and suspension buisness, They were part of GM. Ferrari and GM had a tech swap during the C6 zr1 and Ferrari was Licensing the Tech from GM. GM sold them off during the Bankruptcy (big Mistake imo), but Credit goes to GM since they were GM engineers, funded By GM, today they are independant.
