This is the correct approach. First, maybe there is a legit reason that they need to get passed me (emergency of some sort). I simply get out of the way as soon as I can. As far as anyone who brake checks people, I so hope you run into someone as stupid as you and he simply slams the back of your car causing you to crash. You are a big f'n moron if you brake check.
