No I said I would raise the bar on the description of that whole event. I even said that I knew he came around the side. Whether or not it was absolutely necessary I really can't say but I would think a gunfight at a gas station near a fuel pump is more than a bad thing. There was a lot riding on that shot and not just a possible explosion.
I'm worried for that cop and others because that target on their back gets a little bit bigger each time this happens. The badge weighs somewhat heavier these days even to the most hardened of officers no? Not to mention people living there.
