2k Impala models:
Some tend to rust around the rear wheel wells. They have an annoying little pocket that hold water and debris. As long as you keep up on it, its not really a problem. The exhaust tends to rust out quick too. I'm not 100% sure, but I think the air conditioning unit drains close to it, and some of the water might drip on the pipes. Other then that, the only thing I've had to replace on mine was the air flow sensor.
All in all, its been a very reliable car for me. Considering Blue Book is about 2k on them, you should be able to get one for a damn decent price.
